Semester Fee and Semester Scholarship:
- Semester Fee : Students must pay their semester fee in three equal installments on or before the dates given in the following table :

* both new and old students have to register for admission, but old students need not pay admission fee and security deposit.
- Non-issuance of Admit Card : Students who do not clear their old and new dues ten days before the beginning of University Exam will not be issued their Admit Cards.
- Late fine : Students failing to pay their fee in time will have to pay Rs. 500 as late fine.
- Semester Scholarship : Semester scholarship will be given on the basis of semester grade point average (SGPA ) according to the following table :

In case of same SGPA value, CGPA or +2 marks will be used to decide the scholarship |
- No scholarship in 8th semester : Scholarships will not be awarded for the 8 th semester .
- Students who do not pay their semester fees in time will not be considered for semester scholarship.
- Refund of the scholarship : Amount of semester scholarship will be reimbursed to the student getting scholarship.
Note: In addition, Pokhara University charges have to be paid by the students themselves.
